The alfredo family
Olive Garden’s alfredo sauce is made in-house every day from parmesan, cream, butter and garlic. You can have it plain on Fettuccine Alfredo, topped with grilled chicken or crispy fritta on Chicken Alfredo, with shrimp on Shrimp Alfredo, or with shrimp and scallops on Seafood Alfredo. The richest of all is Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo, at nearly 2,000 calories.
Baked pastas and carbonara
Lasagna Classico, Five Cheese Ziti al Forno and Cheese Ravioli are baked under melted cheese and reheat well, making them great for taking home. For something creamier with bacon, try the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara or Ravioli Carbonara.
Lightest pasta choices
Spaghetti with Marinara and Shrimp Scampi are both under 500 calories. Want to build your own? See Create Your Own Pasta.
